I have worked in the real estate industry for over 25 years, gaining experience in nearly every aspect of the business. From the very beginning, I noticed one of the biggest frustrations for buyers and sellers was poor communication—calls not returned, questions left unanswered. I set out to change that.
I obtained my real estate license in 2010 so I could provide the level of service clients truly deserve. I offer individual attention, prompt communication, and a quick turnaround on all assignments—often within 24 hours. I am a full-time Realtor, available seven days a week, and I handle every property, regardless of price range, with the same care and attention.
My real estate journey began in 2000 as an office secretary, where I learned the business from the ground up, attended industry conferences, and assisted agents with their workload. In 2004, I became a personal assistant to an agent specializing in REO properties, gaining valuable experience in serving both individual and corporate clients. Six years later, I partnered with that same agent until his retirement, at which time I transitioned the business to my care.
I belong to multiple MLS boards, stay up to date through continuing education and market research, and have extensive experience in all phases of real estate—from pre-marketing to closing. Over the years, I have successfully completed thousands of BPOs, handled cash-for-keys transactions, coordinated repairs and property preservation, resolved delinquent HOA and utility issues, and managed numerous REO closings.
